Welcome to the food store a place to access affordable food through New Wortley Community Centre’s healthy recipe scheme.
Sometimes we all struggle to make ends meet and New Wortley CC know that having access to healthy. There are different ways you can be a part of The Food Store
The food store allow us to access the healthy food we need and help our community too. By becoming a member of the food store not only will you have access to healthy food when you need it you will also make sure we can continue to keep our Food Banks running as well as supporting local traders and businesses.
FOOD RECIPE PACKS
We offer 7 different recipe cards that you can purchase for £1.50 each. The ingredients you need to create the recipe come with each recipe card and will be delivered to you. Just phone or email us, on Monday, to let us know what your chosen recipes are and we will deliver to you on the Thursday. See below for this months recipes

STORE CUPBOARD
You can become a member of The Food Store for £3.50 a week you can pick out any 10 items from our food store. Let us know what you need by the Monday and we will deliver to you the following Thursday. Membership is on weekly basis as needed. See below for items available

For just £10 per week you can access 5 recipe packs and 10 items from our food store. Contact us on Monday’s and have your items delivered to you the following Thursday. See above for recipes and items available in store.
